About the job

To strengthen our operating room team, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist / Operating Room Logistics Specialist from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring material and instrument logistics in the operating theatre
• Supporting a smooth and efficient operating theatre workflow
• Close collaboration with operating theatre technicians and other departments
• Implementing the preparation process for upcoming operations
• Operating the Kardex system to store and provide sterile goods containers
• Supplying individual sterile materials
• Responsibility for replenishing the sterile storage in the operating theatre
• Incoming and outgoing order checks using BC
• Ensuring the flow of goods and information through goods receipt control
• Relieving operating theatre staff by running errands
• Preparation, provision, and return of operating theatre materials and system trolleys
• Transfer of trolleys with sterile and contaminated materials between the operating theatre and AEMP

Your profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Ability to think in a connected, systemic way
• Experience with ERP systems (BC)
• Resilience and ability to maintain overview and calm in hectic situations
• Independent and reliable working style
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Team player
