About the job
What you can achieve
- You are the contact person for projects from the concept phase to completion, including new plant (parts), optimisations, renovations, adjustments, etc.
- You provide operational support in the optimisation of process engineering, production and infrastructure processes.
- You develop the basis for benchmarks and assess processes.
- You identify potentials and derive recommendations for action in the assigned specialist area as well as regarding the optimisation of plant infrastructure.
- You analyse problems in process, production and infrastructure plants, develop solutions and implement them.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a technical basic training (mechanic, polymechanic, electrician, automation technician).
- You have further training in a similar field or are open to it.
- You bring expertise and experience in leading and carrying out projects.
- You can demonstrate your SAP knowledge as well as your flexibility in on-call duty (approx. 4 times a year).
- An occasional (customer) conversation in English does not unsettle you.
- Independent work is in your blood. You quickly recognise challenges and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions for them.
