Your tasks
- Professional and administrative support of the areas of politics and culture
- Participation and (partial) management of projects, especially in the areas of GEVER and processes
- Collaboration in municipal cultural events as well as responsibility for the platform «Culture in Public Space»
- Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of elections and votes
- Maintenance and supervision of the systematic collection of laws, including official publications
- Training responsibility for an apprentice in the Department of Politics and Presidential Affairs
- Ensuring representation in the specialist areas of parliamentary secretariat, elections and votes, and culture
Your profile
- Commercial training (EFZ)
- Solid professional experience in a public administration
- Further training in areas such as public management and project management is an advantage
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with a desire to shape and foresight
- Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
- Very good IT user skills and digital affinity
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
