Your everyday life with us
- You design daily routines for elderly people with support needs and various cognitive impairments
- You take on professional responsibility, lead the team, and plan therapeutic measures according to the existing concept
- You conduct Inter-Rai assessments, live nursing as relationship work, and support relatives
- You work interdisciplinarily with the Spitex support point team as well as the service areas in the senior apartments
What you bring with you
- You have training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and experience in the field of dementia/gerontopsychiatry
- You have experience working with Inter-RAI NH
- You enjoy working in a team, bring empathy, and enjoy independent daily planning
- You are creative, like to sing Swiss German songs, and can play guitar advantageously
