Role Objective:

In this position, you ensure professional customer support and accompany sales projects from the preparation of offers to successful order processing. With your structured way of working, organisational talent and customer orientation, you create the basis for smooth processes and long-term customer relationships. You work closely with the field service, internal specialist departments and external partners.

Your Tasks:

• Support and advise existing customers as well as maintain long-term customer relationships
• Preparation, calculation and follow-up of offers until successful completion
• Processing and coordination of customer orders including scheduling and delivery monitoring
• Support of the field service in sales activities and sales opportunities
• Maintenance of customer, project and master data in the CRM and ERP system
• Handling complaints and coordination with internal departments and suppliers

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or further education as a Technical Salesperson
• Several years of experience in the trade or sales environment
• Experience in project business or capital goods sector is an advantage
• Interest in technical products and willingness for professional development
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and customer-oriented personality
