Assistant Bar Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Efficient service as well as active sales to guests
• Responsibility for daily closings and inventory, implementation of HACCP, and further development of internal processes in the outlet
• Maintaining our guest database and expanding the existing regular customers
• Support in individual employee development and staff training
• Representation of the Bar Manager

What we expect from you

• You have completed studies at a hotel management school or have completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ with corresponding professional experience in the bar area
• Experience in a comparable position in 5-star hotels
• High quality awareness and ideally knowledge of LQA and SDH standards
• Sound knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail expertise
• Proficient in German and English
