What is my role?

• You operate and monitor modern woodworking machines from CNC machines to panel cutting and edge banding machines

• You program and set up CNC-controlled systems and adjust them precisely

• You manufacture high-quality wood products according to technical drawings and specifications

• You carry out quality checks and ensure flawless results

• You maintain and service the machines and tools

• You work closely with your colleagues and support the optimisation of production processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a carpenter, joiner or wood mechanic or several years of experience as a carpenter/machinist

• Experience in handling woodworking machines with knowledge of CNC programming

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Careful and precise working method

• Teamwork skills and reliability
