About the job
The Gibeleich Senior Center is a public institution for the care and support of the elderly in the city of Opfikon. It offers a total of 76 care places, which are distributed across the areas of long-term, transitional, and dementia care. In addition, the Gibeleich Senior Center offers a public restaurant, operates a meal service for the residents of the city of Opfikon, and supplies 11 children's daycares. With its various offerings, the senior center is a meeting place for seniors, relatives, volunteers, and residents of the city of Opfikon.
Since January 2025, Spitex Stadt Opfikon has been integrated into the Gibeleich Senior Center. It provides services in the Opfikon-Glattbrugg area and offers future-oriented and holistic care and assistance at home.
We are looking for a
Team Leader Nursing Professionals HF (80-100%)
starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Tasks:
- Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the nursing professionals HF
- Close cooperation within the team leadership and with the Spitex management
- Interdisciplinary collaboration internally and externally
- Development and empowerment for holistic case management with Rai HC
- Co-design of standards, process optimization and further development as well as digitalization
- Interface to deployment coordination, administration, and Spitex management
- Promotion of learning and error culture, shared responsibility, and team cohesion
Expectations:
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH
- Professional experience in the Spitex area desired
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to undergo further training
- Organizational talent and decisiveness
- Appreciative communication
- Enjoyment of change and co-design
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and humane personality
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
