In the legal service of the Department of School and Sports, a demanding, versatile activity awaits you from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement. 40% of the workload is currently limited to one year with the option of permanent continuation.Your tasks
- Legal advice and preparation of decision-making bases in the diverse range of topics of the department and the school authority
- Handling demanding personnel matters to support the personnel service
- Clarifying legal questions, drafting orders, and conducting appeal procedures
- Drafting proposals for the city council and the school board
- Collaborating in the design of the department's and school board's decrees
- Secretary function of the Personnel Committee of the school board
Your profile
- Completed law degree (lawyer's license advantageous) and at least three years of professional experience in public law
- Very good command of German (spoken and written)
- Strong service and solution orientation, independence, and high resilience
- Enjoy working in a political administrative context and sensitivity to political issues
