As the daily person responsible, you support the team with advice and assistance. You clarify the nursing needs according to InterRAI Homecare and, as case management, ensure optimal care, treatment, and advice for our clients. You carry out medically prescribed measures and regularly review the
care process. With your organizational talent, you are the interface in interprofessional collaboration
You bring with you
You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF and have
Enjoyment in dealing with people of all ages
You have already gained professional experience or are motivated to re-enter the professional world
You have a forward-looking, structured, and independent working style and like to take responsibility
You enjoy performing medical-technical measures or are willing to refresh your professional knowledge
Reliable and team-oriented work as well as flexibility and high resilience characterize you
You appreciate an environment where you can develop professionally and personally
You have solid knowledge in handling PC and smartphone
Car driving license mandatory
