Plant Operator Roastery / Mass Production Chocolate

Tasks

Overall responsibility for one or more production lines in the area of cocoa mass production / chocolate mass manufacturing
Execution and documentation of line quality and process control
Independent ordering and return of materials based on production orders
Organisation and execution of cleaning and product changeovers
Detection and resolution of malfunctions and support of the technical service during revisions

Apprenticeship or equivalent training in the food sector (Food Technologist EFZ, Food Practitioner EBA, Plant Operator EFZ, Confectionery Technologist IHK, Food Technologist IHK)
Technical understanding in handling linked systems and modern control (experience with roller systems is an advantage)
Willingness to work shifts
Good German language skills in spoken and written form
Good IT skills (SAP experience is an advantage)
