The Regional Employment Centers (RAV) support and advise job seekers in reintegrating into the labor market as well as employers in recruiting suitable employees.
For our team at RAV Amriswil, we are looking for a cheerful team member immediately or by arrangement due to retirement.
Your responsibilities include the following activities:
- Competent advice and placement of job seekers. The goal is their rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labor market
- You will work with job seekers to develop a successful application strategy and support them in all labor market-related topics
- You will initiate measures that support the process of returning to the labor market
- You will also have insurance-related tasks such as clarification, control, and initiating sanctions
- General administrative tasks related to file management complete your area of responsibility
- If you are open to projects, there is the possibility to collaborate in various project teams
You will be successful in this job if you:
- Have a 3-year vocational training and several years of work experience in a service-oriented function in the field of HR, consulting, personnel placement, or sales
- Have completed the federal certificate as an HR specialist / social insurance specialist or are willing to undertake this further training
- Have experience and joy in placing job seekers
- Have very good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and interest in different professions
- Possess a quick and skilled handling of IT tools, administrative routine, and confident German language skills
- Exhibit high social competencies and initiative as well as very good planning and organizational skills
- Are service-oriented, independent, and resilient, and have a strong personality
- Careful introduction and training period
