Your tasks
- You conduct social assessments regarding the need for care and protection as well as the resources of the affected persons.
- You accompany clients and their reference persons during the assessment phase and jointly develop solutions on a voluntary or legal basis.
- Within the framework of protective custody, you carry out assessments.
- You prepare reports as a basis for decisions by the KESB.
Your profile
- You have a degree in social work, supplemented by further training in the specialist field.
- You have professional experience, ideally in child and adult protection.
- You enjoy writing comprehensive reports and do so well.
- You work independently and with a high sense of responsibility.
- You work carefully and remain optimistic even in demanding or hectic situations.
