- Design and adaptation of designs for campaigns, brochures, POS materials, digital assets, trade fair visuals, and advertising materials
- Comprehensive management of marketing projects – from conception to implementation (e.g. POS materials, brochures, trade fair appearances)
- Planning, organization, and execution of events (e.g. customer events, trade fairs, training sessions, internal events)
- Ensuring compliance with GF Corporate Design guidelines as well as integration of new global requirements
- Close collaboration with Global Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams as well as use of the GF Brand Portal
- Coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies (offers, samples, production, quality assurance)
- Organization and control of the distribution of marketing materials (e.g. for events and wholesalers)
- Development and implementation of reference projects in coordination with Sales and Global
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or apprenticeship in the fields of design or media technology
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing/event department, industrial environment preferred
- Further training in marketing and/or event management is an advantage
- Confident handling of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Experience in project management and collaboration with agencies, suppliers, and event service providers
- Creativity, organizational talent, and an eye for detail
- Very good German and English skills
