Job Description

Receptionist (M/F)
The first impression is always the right one! As a Receptionist, you take care of our guests from their arrival to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Your role:
Welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, establish billing and payment while ensuring exceptional service
Offer a personalised experience for the guest
Promote the establishment’s facilities, enhance guests’ stay by offering services

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Essential service quality: experience in the field is necessary
Proficiency in Opera Cloud software or equivalent
Proficiency in English and/or German

Additional Information

Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
