Project Manager / Site Manager (M/F) TRANSFORMATION / RENOVATION in Lausanne

Your mission

Prepare construction sites from a technical and financial perspective
Plan sites in terms of labour and inventories
Organise sites on a daily basis
Manage the implementation and monitoring of QSE procedures
Ensure financial monitoring, offer calculation, preparation of additional quotes, measurement of executed works and invoicing
Manage relationships with clients, architects and engineers as well as all stakeholders

Your profile

Federal VET Diploma in construction with site manager training, degree in Civil Engineering (HES/EPFL) or equivalent training
Experience in site management in Switzerland
Initiative, autonomy and excellent organisation
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all site actors
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Proficiency in common IT tools
