What you will achieve with us
In this responsible and versatile role, you will advise and support our clients in all matters concerning work and mental health. You will purposefully accompany them in reintegrating into their existing workplace or in taking up new employment. As a contact person, you will ensure coordination and communication with clients, doctors, therapists, and employers, etc. With your open and proactive personality, you will acquire and maintain a network of partner companies and other specialist agencies.
What you bring with you
In addition to several years of proven professional experience in integration management, you hold a tertiary degree in social work, social pedagogy, psychology, or nursing, as well as further training in coaching, social insurance, and labour law. You have a good understanding of health-related limitations and their possible impact on employment. You are skilled in dealing with various hierarchical levels and industries.
