Your tasks:
- Telephone contact with customers and service technicians
- Optimal scheduling of assigned service technicians
- Planning and updating urgent deployments
- Planning of commissioning, burner replacements, and partial renovations
- Assisting with weekly and monthly planning of future maintenance deployments
- Support with projects and implementation of new processes
- Master data maintenance
What we expect:
- Completed basic vocational training (EFZ) in a customer-focused sector
- Experience in the commercial field is an advantage
- Confident communication in German
- Oral English and French skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High customer and exceptional solution orientation
- Technical understanding is an advantage
