Deputy Head of Nursing for Neurological Rehabilitation, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You lead a motivated and collegial team together with the Head of Nursing
• You actively participate in implementing evidence-based nursing quality
• You also take on the recruitment of staff, together with the Head of Nursing and HR
• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and supporting the nursing team with daily planning are also part of your demanding responsibilities
• As the person responsible during the day, you are also co-responsible for coordination and administrative tasks
• Furthermore, you help shape change processes, projects, and nursing controlling
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as a registered nurse FH / HF or health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• Leadership training and experience are advantageous but not mandatory
