Spitex Horgen-Oberrieden, with around 70 employees, ensures outpatient nursing and care for the approximately 28,000 residents of the municipalities of Horgen and Oberrieden. With our range of services, we enable people of all ages to live in their familiar environment for a long time.

Team Leader Nursing 70 – 100 %

Your tasks

• You operationally lead one of our two nursing teams.
• You lead projects and actively contribute to their implementation.
• You work in nursing yourself and stay close to the action.
• You help shape the further development of our organization: creatively, solution-oriented, and future-focused.
• You maintain close cooperation with other departments and ensure good networking.

Your profile

• Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Leadership training or willingness to complete one
• Strong social skills, teamwork, and communication skills
• Experience in the Spitex sector is desirable
• IT skills and interest in social media
• Independent and structured working style, high initiative, and team spirit
• Flexibility, commitment, and humor, even in challenging situations
