- You take over the operational management of the therapists in your assigned area and support efficient business management
- You ensure and optimise treatment quality and develop the processes in your area with a future-oriented approach
- You treat inpatient as well as outpatient patients in individual and group therapies according to the latest scientific findings
- You promote result-oriented, close cooperation as well as professional communication with all involved professional groups in the hospital
What you bring with you
- Several years of professional experience as a physiotherapist FH, ideally complemented by targeted professional further training at master’s level in the fields of medicine, neurology, intensive care medicine
- Initial successful leadership experience as well as further training in leadership or the willingness to complete such training
- An independent, responsible way of working combined with experience in leading project groups and in concept development
- High social competence, pronounced communication skills as well as a healthy conflict and assertiveness ability for everyday leadership
