- Creating export documents for customers worldwide
- Processing orders including domestic orders (products and services)
- Invoicing all products and services
- Assisting in the organization, coordination, and handling of worldwide imports, exports, and their transports
- Notification and coordination of freight forwarding companies of customers or suppliers
- Participation in planning the procurement of raw materials
- Management of raw material contracts as well as sales contracts
- Creating and maintaining sales and purchasing statistics
- Commercial basic training with ideally professional experience in the import/export area
- Further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage
- Experience in order processing in a production company
- Good ERP knowledge
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
