The foundation for the reception and accommodation of elderly people (FAHPA) was created in 1990 and manages
the EMS Fort-Barreau (71 beds) and the Residence les Tilleuls (55 beds).
Job description
For the Fort-Barreau residence, EMS with 71 beds, we are looking for a nursing assistant for a permanent position, at 80 or 100% activity rate.
In the heart of the city, we offer a pleasant working environment, a personalized training plan, and the conditions of the collective labor agreement of Geneva EMS.
Profile sought
- Holder of a certified nursing assistant diploma, AFP ASA or equivalent qualification
- Good command of spoken, read and written French
- Minimum one year experience with elderly people
- Knowledge and mastery of the DIR software as well as basic computer tools desired
- Interest in elderly people and good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate listening, respect, patience, flexibility and autonomy
- Strong ease in interdisciplinary relations and excellent team spirit
