Infrastructure Caretaker: 60% - 100%- You look after our properties and ensure the smooth operation of technical and infrastructural systems.
- You carry out inspection rounds, minor repairs, and maintenance work, and coordinate external craftsmen.
- You assist with specialised cleaning as well as the care of indoor and outdoor areas.
- You are the on-site contact person for customers, suppliers, and users of the properties.
- You benefit from a varied role, modern work equipment, and a well-coordinated team.
- You have completed training as a caretaker, facility maintenance specialist, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You have a good technical understanding and enjoy independently carrying out minor maintenance, servicing, and inspection tasks.
- You hold a category B driving licence and are flexible in your area of deployment.
- You work reliably, independently, and are happy to lend a hand.
- You communicate confidently in German and present yourself to customers and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
