With us, you will find space and time to support people with care needs
What you will achieve with us
The core of your task is the daily support of six adults with support and care needs. With your refreshing and social manner, you strengthen a team of eight employees and are the contact person for relatives and third parties. You bring your strengths in pedagogical support, joint activities in the residential group, and in organizing leisure time.
What distinguishes you
- You are enthusiastic and work with empathy and motivation.
- You are a care specialist or have professional experience in pedagogical support of people with support and care needs? Perfect!
- Willingness to work weekend shifts.
- You have basic IT skills.
