A start with perspective – develop yourself further with us and actively shape your professional everyday life!
As an assistant physician in our clinic, you are responsible for admission and discharge examinations, treatment planning and implementation, as well as medical ward rounds – in close cooperation with the respective senior physician. The position is ideal for specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy: Our clinic is a recognised training centre (Category A inpatient, B outpatient), so 3 years inpatient and 2 years outpatient can be credited. Colleagues from other specialties who wish to complete a year in psychiatry are also warmly welcome. It is important to us that your tasks match your interests and strengths. Therefore, we are happy to take the time to get to know you personally and jointly examine how you can best contribute and develop.
You accompany our patients medically throughout the entire treatment process – from admission to discharge. In doing so:
You fit particularly well with us if you appreciate a team culture at eye level, are open to new perspectives, and like to develop yourself further.
As an SME of a considerable size, your activity offers variety and opportunities for design. You can expect a varied working day with rotation possibilities in different specialist areas as well as close, interdisciplinary collaboration in open-minded, motivated, and interprofessional teams. We offer you comprehensive internal and external training opportunities, regular supervisions, and structured support during your specialist training. Contact with colleagues is personal and decision-making paths are short. We operate with flexible working time models and use technologies wherever possible to support our flexibility. We rely on the personal responsibility and competencies of our employees and promote these in their development. Our unique corporate culture and leadership principles are an integral part of our daily work and thus provide us with a suitable framework for working at eye level.
