Job Description

• As a Team Lead, you and your team are responsible for the Professional Services business and ensure the results
• You lead our challenging medium and large projects with renowned customers and bring them to a successful conclusion
• You bear the project responsibility regarding quality, time, and budget
• You work with the latest technologies in the Microsoft environment
• An enthusiastic, innovative team with a lot of passion for technologically advanced solutions and many years of experience in implementing complex infrastructure projects
• Classical or agile approaches (depending on the project)

We expect from you:

• A completed university degree (FH or Uni) in computer science, business informatics, or business administration
• Several years of experience as a project manager at an external service provider in the IT industry
• A corresponding project manager certificate (such as PMP, IPMA, Hermes, Scrum Master, etc.)
• A wealth of experience in the infrastructure area and a basic understanding of Microsoft environments
• A confident appearance, openness, and joy in dealing with people, as well as great communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent German and very good English skills, a workload of 80% to 100%, and flexible willingness to travel within Switzerland
