- Preparation and verification of relevant export documents, including certificates of origin, export permits, invoices, delivery notes, and letter of credit documents
- Increasing the efficiency of transport processes through close coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Management and updating of customer and customs master data in SAP R3
- Close communication with the sales, logistics, and production departments to ensure smooth operations
- Further training as an export specialist, foreign trade clerk, or equivalent
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage
- Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office; SAP R3 knowledge is a plus
- High initiative, reliability, resilience, and assertiveness

Tasks

Profile
- Completed commercial or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience in order management import/export- Further training as an export specialist, foreign trade clerk, or equivalent
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage
- Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office; SAP R3 knowledge is a plus
- High initiative, reliability, resilience, and assertiveness
