To strengthen our service team in the Lausanne region and surroundings, we are looking for
GAS SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Your tasks – varied and responsible:
- Meet our customers' expectations both technically and by maintaining a quality customer relationship, effectively contributing to their satisfaction
- After a training and introduction period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installations in the geographic area
- Your professionalism and rigor will allow you to carry out your activities in full compliance with contractual commitments and rules relating to the safety of property and people
- As an ambassador of our company's image, you advise your customers, including on renovation matters
- You also support your colleagues in external sales in the context of installation sales
- You also periodically ensure on-call service
Your profile – technically competent, personally convincing:
- Committed to service quality and equipped with excellent customer relations, you have professional training (with a CFC certificate) preferably in electricity or another technical trade; combustion controller training (ARPEA) or a federal diploma is an advantage
- Your team spirit, commitment, and taste for challenge are assets that will help you succeed in your role and grow within our company
