A profession that matters

As a specialist, you are responsible for the quality, security, and smoothness of our credit operations. You support our client advisors so that each file can be processed efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Your mission

You ensure the operational follow-up of credit files throughout their life cycle, including:

Opening client relationships and establishing contractual documentation; verifying the compliance of documents and guarantees; ensuring the follow-up of financing conditions; organising disbursements and the administrative follow-up of operations; collaborating with notaries, land registries, and our various partners; managing the billing of interest and debt repayments; organising and managing archives; monitoring activities using dashboards; identifying improvement opportunities to simplify and secure our processes.

Your qualities

You have experience in handling bank credits, ideally mortgage credits. You are someone who values a job well done and enjoys organising, monitoring, and securing operations. You know how to take initiative while remaining rigorous. You like collaborating with your colleagues and seek solutions rather than obstacles. You are recognised for your reliability, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage several files simultaneously without losing sight of the details that ensure quality work.
