• Written and telephone debt collection (inbound and outbound)
• General research on debt collection cases
• Processing and sending reminders
• Agreeing payment terms with customers and carrying out deferrals
• Creating powers of attorney
• Termination of contracts
• General correspondence tasks

Requirements

• Commercial training or comparable business school qualification
• Experience in debt collection and leasing knowledge advantageous
• Very good MS Office skills
• Native German and French
• Responsible, structured, precise, conscientious
