Your tasks
- You will learn to process various foods such as vegetables, meat, fish, etc.
- Your creativity is required when plating the dishes
- Preparing seasonal and creative dishes based on modern nutritional science
- Skills in hygiene, occupational safety, ecological principles, and proper food storage
