About the job
For our young, dynamic team, we are looking for a:
Clerk Reception/Administration 80% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:- Responsibility for reception, including telephone switchboard
- Management of the official email inbox and mail handling
- Management of client intake (INTAKE)
- Handling of civil service inquiries
- Sending client reports, work certificates, and apprenticeship contracts
- Supervision of office supplies management
- Archiving client data
- Various general administrative tasks
- Qualification as a commercial clerk EFZ, plus at least five years of professional experience in the administrative field
- You have excellent verbal and written expression in German
- Very good user skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook
- You are characterized by organizational talent, as well as your independent working style and your networked thinking
- You are very communicative and flexible
