What awaits you Claims management in the Transporters and Goods Liability branches File analysis, coverage determination, liability assessment, estimate verification, expert mandates, document control, payment Oral and written contact with policyholders, injured parties, distribution, experts, and third parties Close collaboration with various internal departments Proactive and "Customer first" oriented management What you bring Autonomy, good organisational skills and openness to change Negotiation and service skills Team spirit and collaboration Excellent communication skills by phone and in writing Experience in the Insurance and/or transport sector Good knowledge of handling Transport, Property or General Liability files is a plus Good knowledge of English and German is a plus Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) What we offer We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
