You are responsible for

Creating repair and maintenance offers

Assisting in the scheduling of service operations

Creating and managing service contracts

Interface between customers, technicians, and sales

You bring

Commercial or technical training

Good German language skills in spoken and written (French is an advantage)

Alert, calm demeanor even in hectic times

Reliability, independence, and teamwork skills

Proficient use of Office, ERP, and scheduling software
