Your Tasks
You know the lively everyday life of the pharmacy, but at the same time want to discover something new? Would you like to support nursing staff in medication management? Then you are right with us. Because with us you will find varied activities in institutional support, combined with the charm of the neighborhood pharmacy.
Mainly you will take care of our nursing institutions, i.e. process orders, offer support to nursing staff by phone, and process Medifilm orders. You are in regular contact with the individual nursing institutions, competently clarify queries, and suggest suitable alternatives if necessary.
In addition, you will advise our customers in our neighborhood pharmacy in a friendly and professional manner, process prescriptions responsibly, and actively contribute to the daily pharmacy routine. You also work in the back office in a structured and reliable manner and participate in the further development and optimization of our processes.

- Graduation as Pharma Assistant EFZ or Pharmacy Specialist EFZ
- Proven professional experience
- Strong service mentality and high customer orientation
