Your area of responsibility
- In this hub function, you are responsible for the professional management of the registry within our tax department and ensure the efficient handling of both physical and electronic files.
- As the first point of contact at the counter and on the department’s main telephone number, you provide our clients with competent and service-oriented information.
- With care, you take on systematic archiving work and ensure that all tax documents are properly stored and accessible at all times.
- You proactively support our assessors with administrative matters, ensuring smooth operations within the team.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic education and ideally already have basic knowledge of tax law.
- You communicate confidently with clients both verbally and in writing and are proficient in MS Office.
- You are characterised by a careful and precise working style and impress with your manners.
- As a resilient individual, you appreciate working independently as well as active exchange within a motivated team.
