What is my role?

• Independent work preparation and professional organisation of construction sites

• Independent and technical management of construction sites

• Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality of projects

• Consultation with clients as well as timely processing of client and site management enquiries

• Calculation of small and medium-sized projects

• Site-specific personnel management and employee support

• Responsibility for controlling and post-calculation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a technician HF (specialising in construction) or comparable qualification as construction supervisor/site manager

• Professional experience in civil and road construction

• Sound expertise in the execution and organisation of construction projects

• Entrepreneurial mindset as well as pronounced cost and quality awareness

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

• Confident and professional manner in dealing with clients, planners and site management

• Strong organisational skills and high coordination ability

• Assertive, responsible personality

• Team player, reliable and resilient
