The Economics Department provides services within the IPI that deal with all economic aspects of intellectual property law from a macroeconomic and partly business economic perspective. Politically-economic questions related to mostly legal matters play an important role.

- You support specialized legal services with economically sound input
- You assist in managing various studies commissioned to third parties
- You draft speaking notes, lecture components, economic clarifications
- You prepare a current economic issue in the field of intellectual property and present it
What makes you successful
What makes you successful
- Completed studies in economics (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Native German speaker with good French and very good English skills
- Interest in political economy and in the economic analysis of law
- Interest in practical, applied economics and the functioning of the federal administration
- Quick comprehension, analytical and networked thinking skills
- Solution- and goal-oriented as well as precise working style
- Committed, versatile, and a team player
- Very good MS Office skills
