At four locations in Switzerland, we employ over 60 staff in the areas of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, bodywork, paint shop and signage.

To strengthen our 31-strong workshop team in Windisch, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for two committed leaders: Team Leader Bus and Team Leader Truck.

• You lead and develop your workshop team
• You plan deployments efficiently and meet deadlines
• You ensure quality and operational safety
• You support with diagnoses and technical challenges
• You actively work in the workshop
• You work closely with customer service and warehouse
• You support other teams during absences

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ (commercial vehicles) or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical know-how
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness, team spirit and high personal responsibility
