Your Tasks
- You will carry out assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients
- You advise and support our clients and their relatives based on their individual needs
- You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
- Promoting the independence and quality of life of clients in the home environment
- You conduct comprehensive nursing anamneses and assessments
- You instruct the subordinate employees regarding nursing measures
- You take on administrative tasks within the scope of case management
What You Bring
- Training as a certified nurse
- Consulting competence and ability to guide clients and employees
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style
