Head of Special Lines 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Your tasks include:

• Active support and professional advice to national and international corporate clients in the areas of D&O, PTL, Cyber, Crime and K&R

• Leadership and further development of the Special Lines team

• Development and management of framework agreements, conducting negotiations with insurance companies

• Managing and expanding submissions, restructurings, complex risks

• Obtaining customised coverage concepts

• Conducting renewal negotiations

• Carrying out risk analyses

• Supporting mandate managers during annual meetings and client visits

• Training specialist staff and mandate managers on new products and transfer knowledge

• Market observation and monitoring of legal requirements

What do I need to be successful?

You bring with you:

• Professional experience in a comparable role at a broker or insurance company

• Insurance intermediary VBV or an equivalent qualification (registration with FINMA is required)

• Very good insurance knowledge in the areas of D&O, PTL, Cyber, Crime and K&R

• High service and customer orientation

• Leadership skills and team orientation

• Entrepreneurial thinking

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
