Your area of responsibility

  • Maintenance and servicing of building services systems, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning, are part of your responsibilities
  • In our buildings, you carry out new electrical installations as well as repair and maintenance work. You are also responsible for procuring spare parts and installation materials
  • You are responsible for safety tests as well as device inspections and RCD tests and coordinate cooperation with third-party companies
  • You troubleshoot technical faults and defects and also independently implement smaller technical projects

    • Your foundation

  • You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g. electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, network electrician EFZ or similar) and have several years of professional experience in system maintenance
  • You hold the NIV-13 operations electrician permit or are authorised to apply for it at the Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations
  • Responsibility and the willingness to make decisions involving the team characterise you
  • Your profile includes solid computer skills for daily use as well as a category B driving licence. Very good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
