About the job
As the person responsible for the day, you support and accompany the team through the working day and demonstrate your organisational skills. You are in direct contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. You take responsibility for the professional care and support of our residents. You help to shape the care processes in the long term. You organise your area of expertise independently, applying professional and internal standards and guidelines.
As an RAI Supervisor, you share responsibility with our RAI expert for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument. You contribute to the implementation and review of the internal interRAI LTCF process, support the care team, and help design care plans. You ensure correct and comprehensible coding. Furthermore, you monitor and analyse RAI-specific and medical quality indicators.
- Training at secondary or tertiary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP)
- Further training as an RAI Supervisor
- Very good German language skills
- Modern understanding of care and high social competence
- Empathetic and appreciative manner
- Professional handling of complex situations
- Enjoyment in sharing knowledge as well as promoting and supporting employees
- We rely on a grade-skill mix
- Electronic care documentation is standard with us
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training and further education
- 5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
