For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is a leader in the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, MFR force sensor terminals, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated person as a CNC Specialist 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon/Greifensee site, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO. In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: You create, maintain, and optimise machine programmes with a focus on CNC milling and turning; if necessary, also in the area of EDM. You ensure the continuous development and optimisation of existing programmes. You accompany the commissioning of new parts on production equipment and take over their industrialisation as well as documentation. You drive the continuous improvement of processes and programmes on existing equipment and parts and implement lean initiatives such as KVP, 5S, and SMED. You work closely with R&D and I&E in the introduction of new components and processes and support them from a mechanical perspective. You participate in internal projects in the areas of maintenance and servicing, evaluation of new machines and infrastructure, as well as trials, and also take on your own project responsibility. You ensure the procurement and provision of tools and fixtures according to applicable standards and are responsible for creating the required documentation and handing it over to production. You train employees in manufacturing and provide 2nd-level support for technical problems on equipment and components.
