- Manage and optimize our social media platforms, ensuring consistent corporate branding across all channels
- Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and YouTube
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement, including KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
- Produce engaging visual and multimedia content
- Support the development and implementation of a corporate social media strategy
- Maintain and update content calendars and digital assets
- Create compelling creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop,
- Maintain corporate brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

- University degree in Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign planning
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram,
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube campaign management
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and tracking communication/campaign performance, including KPI tracking and SEO understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro); experience with additional tools is a plus
- Fluent English; good working knowledge of German
- Experience with photography, video production, and editing is a plus
- Creativity and ability to translate complex scientific topics into engaging, accessible content formats
- Experience in buyer persona and audience research
- Communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with enthusiasm for digital trends
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under deadlines
