We are looking for an Administrative Specialist | Commercial Employee immediately or by arrangement with a workload of 60 - 80%
Your impact
Support and connect: You are the contact point for church council members, synod members, and Synodal Council members – solution-oriented, approachable, and reliable. Provide structure: You handle diverse administrative tasks of the Synodal Administration, prepare meetings before and after (agendas, decision bases, minutes), and manage the reception and telephone service.
Organize and drive: You plan and coordinate events and contribute to the preparation and execution of church synods, oath ceremonies, and other events. Communicate: You maintain clear, friendly correspondence and keep information up to date for internal and external stakeholders. What you bring
- A commercial basic education (EFZ with a specialization in public administration) – ideally with experience in public administration or a comparable environment.
- Organizational talent and enjoyment of event and committee work – you remain calm even when things get lively.
- Service mentality and a heart for people: You communicate appreciatively – on the phone, at the counter, and in writing.
- IT skills (MS 365/Office, protocol and DMS tools); you work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner. You can look forward to:
