• Personnel and professional leadership of a team with around 30 employees
• Responsibility for the design and further development of the care process as well as performance recording (RAI)
• Individual and professional care and support of our residents in long-term care
• Co-responsibility for the training and supervision of our apprentices

• Completed vocational training at tertiary level (HF/FH or DN II) or (Long-term care specialist BP)
• Ideally already some leadership experience
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
• Willingness to contribute to a learning-friendly work environment and to achieving common goals
