About the job
3... 2... 1... ready for takeoff?
Working with us, Stutz Medien AG, means being part of a lively cosmos. Together we implement impactful projects and learn all sorts of things from and with each other. Your know-how is the fuel that catapults our rocket into new spheres. We are sure of that! Are you our perfect match?
It should "match" on a human level and bring you joy to spend your working days in our cosmos. A well-coordinated developer team as well as diverse client projects and modern web technologies await you. With us, you can contribute your knowledge, learn new things, and gradually take on more responsibility.
You fit with us because you ...
... enjoy co-developing websites, webshops, digital platforms, and web-based applications as well as maintaining and further developing existing client solutions.
... have good basics in HTML and CSS and initial practical knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript.
... have already gained first experiences with Git, responsive web development, APIs, data structures, and relational databases, for example during your training, an internship, your own projects, or a previous job.
... are interested in modern web architectures and technologies such as TypeScript, Astro, React, and Sanity. In addition, you are willing to familiarise yourself with existing WordPress and PHP solutions and reliably further develop them.
... work carefully, structured, and solution-oriented, enjoy learning new things, and can explain technical contexts clearly to clients and internal contacts.
... appreciate exchange and collaboration in the team, take responsibility for your tasks, and point out technical difficulties early on.
... have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on application development or as a media technician with a proven development focus. Alternatively, you have a comparable education or further training at a university of applied sciences or university of applied sciences. You are also warmly welcome as a school leaver or with initial professional experience.
... ideally can give us an insight into your previous work through a portfolio, a GitHub profile, or concrete project examples.
What do you get out of it?
- A great, young team that appreciates and supports each other.
- Diverse projects - from existing WordPress solutions to modern web architectures with TypeScript, Astro, React, and Sanity.

- 5 weeks’ holiday and an additional day off on your birthday - because you deserve to celebrate!
- Christmas and New Year’s Eve are family time - so we give you an additional half day off each on your holiday account.
- Incredibly good "Gavetti" coffee and Stutz snack machine.
