Your tasks

• With a lot of empathy and service orientation, you will act as a contact person for our customers in the specialist store
• You will proactively support your colleagues in the sale of hearing systems and accessories
• You will take on the independent coordination of appointments and other administrative tasks
• After a training and familiarization phase in the specialist store of about six months, you will start the training program offered by us in collaboration with the Academy for Hearing Acoustics
• The successful completion (certification) enables you to provide expert advice to your own customers, adjust hearing systems, and perform other manual activities

Your profile

• You have an interest in professional development in hearing acoustics
• You have successfully completed a training program – for example in sales, service, or healthcare
• You enjoy interacting with people, and an empathetic approach is important to you, along with a high degree of service orientation
• You have a technical affinity and are skilled in manual work
• Team spirit, reliability, and a routine handling of MS Office applications are among your strengths
